I just started using sweetener in coffee and stopped eating candy and cookies which I did a lot of and after just one month have lost 3 lbs.
I also have cut down on my sandwiches and bread and avoid using a lot of cheese which I love.

Hey Ross,
Maybe we all ought to all let go of how we perceive ourselves to look to others, kind of like the good advice you gave me....to let go of everything I was putting into my mouth that I perceived would interfere with my coumadin. I'm alot more at ease now, not being so focused on what precisely I was eating, so maybe the same attitude will help you realize that the beauty of you is on the inside and that I, for one, wouldn't be smiling today without your wisdom! Besides, any guy who loves brussel sprouts is gorgeous in my book.
No fair obsessing about your looks if I can't obsess about my diet and coumadin.
