Lyn asked me to post and let everyone know that there is a possibility that Justin's surgery may be postponed tomorrow As of right now, there are no beds available on the card floor. They were given the option to postpone right now, but weren't sure when they'd be able to reschedule him. So they are taking their chances that a bed will open up. Justin was in for pre-op today and will stop eating this evening. They will call tomorrow morning to see if the surgery is a go. If it is postponed, they will get Justin in ASAP. Lyn felt their better option was to proceed as planned and see what happens.

Hang in there Justin and Lyn

Hang in there Justin and Lyn

In my 4 surgeries, none came off when scheduled. My last was delayed twice! I can honestly say it was worth the wait. I know that doesn't make it any easier, but I think it is a good sign- it was for me. I'll be thinking of you both.:)

Karlynn,

Thanks for posting the update.

My goodness ... that HAS to be downright frustrating.... Thoughts/prayers continue....

Thanks, Karlynn- I hope for all their sakes that a bed opens up- nerve-racking enough for all of them without this happening too!:(

And poor Justin........

And poor Justin........

has a pretty bad sunburn to boot from his "relaxing" day at the beach. That has got to make the wait even more agonizing - mentally and physically! :(

Lyn, you guys have my love and prayers. I will be saying them throughout the day tomorrow, just to cover all the bases. Love ya. J.
