Well after Rose assured me that my bill ($1,900 for nuclear stress test, $350 for heart monitor, $875 for echo) would be discounted 30% if I paid in cash, I agreed to these tests but ONLY after this was fully discussed. ( I always have to see Rose FIRST before they let me through the golden door) and payments would be made. NOW they are telling me NO. Now they are saying that they discounted the perfusion scan 30% and thats that. On top of it all.......The Cardio wrote me a new script on Monday and the pharmacist has faxed their office 3 times now to get clarification on the script as the Doc. didn't specify time release or regular. I will be calling there momentarily. Maybe I should ask to speak to Nadia (just kidding...but really want to of course!)
Thanks for all your support and taking the time to post. I hope this just blows over and I can move on. Seems like everything I try to let go of has claw marks all over it!

When it comes to agreements, it's best to get everything in WRITING and maybe even WITNESSED.

If they don't give you a written agreement, you can send a LETTER outlining YOUR understanding of the agreement and asking for confirmation.

Yes Sir you are right and this is something I always do but yes this one time I was not thinking about it and I am paying the price. I will just go in with a tape recorder taped on me like a holter monitor and just ask "I'm sorry I didn't catch that ....could you please repeate it one more time?" I know I know let it go!
