Noel's surgery ..over and Home!

Noel had his surgery on Wednesday Nov. 15...Dr. McGiffin had to do both the aortic valve and the mitral valve( St. Jude prosthetic valve) and he also found a hole in his heart that we did not know about. He has amazed even the doctors with his recovery pace. What I see is a such a huge difference in what he had in February and this...which by the way...it seems no good reason could be seen for the by-pass surgery having been done in February! The artery that was by-passed is open and working beautifully he said....the graft is closed from competitive flow he said. We see the surgeon in two weeks for FU visit and EKG and CXR.
