Were in a resting phase. Every other day dressing changes for now. Perhaps after Christmas, if the bones are healed enough, they'll send him back to surgery for a fixator to help crank his foot back up to the level position. It'll be another 5 or 6 months until the graft gets smoothed, contoured and more skin applied.

Yes, douche bag was just indicted by the Grand Jury on 1ct aggravated vehicular homicide and 3 cts aggravated vehicular assault and remains in the County Jail until his trial. They were to have the arraignment yesterday, but I didn't get a call as to the outcome or court date. This guy is going down for as long as the law permits to place him in prision.
