Nathan has had his INRatio for almost exactly 1 year and other than one box of bad test strips, it has been working great until the last 2 weeks, when he has had "Test Error 114"....trying to consult our handbook, but um, I can't find it at the moment....oops....

I bet I can even check the website...I wonder if the battery is going dead?

It means there was there was a problem with the test (no kidding) :rolleyes: or not enough sample was applied. The suggestion is to repeat the test and, if the same error results, then you should contact Hemosense Technical Support.
 
Error 114
Sample channel ok
QC1 ok
QC2 data error read usually at endpoint

Is blood filling all 3 channels? If so, try again with another strip and if the error repeats, call Hemosense.
