Michelle and I just had a very nice dinner with Blanche and Albert at Joe's Crab Shack.

I believe that this was the smallest reunion ever, but it was a good one for sure.

I made her a new avatar, and here is a pic of the four of us.

Blanche and Albert, it was great to meet you and I look forward to doing it again real soon.

What other "Valley of the Sun" members want to join us next time?

We had a wonderful time. Can't imagine a better way of spending the eve before fathers' day than spending it with the father of valvereplacement, his lively wife and their special family friend. We enjoyed every bite and every moment.

Hank, wish you had posted the other photo of the four of us. This one makes me look like I spent too much time with Johnny Walker or Jose Cuervo... Honestly, I was not "in the grip of the grape." (Smiles)

Hope we can do it again with other valvereplacement members in the Valley.

Blanche

I think you all simply look like you are having a great time.
Thanks for sharing.

Oh yeah, well Hank your still a giant from what I can remember even if it's not 6'6". What is it exactly anyway, 6'5.75"? :D

By the way, did you stick around for the employee sing fest or don't they do that at yours?

Blanche I think you look adorable in the photo!

Glad to see that some more of The Family got to get together.

Sounds like you had a wonderful time! I love the bib Hank:D ;)

Seriously....it's always nice to meet VR.com members. Smaller groups are just as fun! You can actually concentrate on one converstation:)

I agree with Blanche! What could be better than dinner out on Father's Day with the father of VR.com. Now that is good planning. Looks like you 4 were having a really good time. Nice of you to share that great photo.

Does walking next to another VR.com member on a treadmill count as a reunion?? Doug and I are in cardiac rehab together and once a week, we usually end up there at the same time. Never having met him before, imagine my delight at being in rehab the first day and watching a man walk into the exercise room with a vr.com t-shirt on!!

We both actually frequent a local Italian restaurant and have probably walked past each other many times before! Hey, Doug, guess we'll have to have a beer sometime and let Sheila take our picture! (I'm not cheesing it for anyone in rehab!!) :D

A great picture..Al looked like he was enjoying himself...Michelle, did you notice Blanche .snuggling up to Hank?:D Glad yall got to meet and have dinner...Bonnie

What a great new avatar, Blanche. I didn't recognize you... Hey, glad you all got a chance to meet up with Hank and Michelle.

I finally ate at a Joe's (outside of St. Louis) for the first time last weekend. Great food, huh?

It's great to see a picture of you all together! I hope it's the first of many more!

EXCELLENT PIC!!!!

So glad ya'll got together ... it is ALWAYS nice to meet up with fellow VR.comers.

But, uh, Hank, I believe Marguerite & Doug, Sherry & I and Ross & I share the title for "smallest VR gathering".... Last year, I met up with Sherry along I-57 while I was en route home. The other ... met up with Ross in Ohio ... on my way to visit friends SW of Akron.....

Marguerite,
A photo, beer, fantastic Italian food....Sounds great to me! In fact, I'm having lunch there today. We will have to plan something soon. Keep up the great job at cardiac rehab - we'll see you Friday if not before.
