EDITED TO ADD: Make sure to workout your legs a lot. If you are ready for weightlifting legs and core can keep you busy until your upper body catches up, and being that there is lots of muscle in your lower half body, this will get you on road out of that nasty muscle catabolism that we all went through in the first 2 weeks and back into active recovering and growing again.

BTW, make sure to add lots of clean protein in your diet now that you are ready to lift, I suggest more steaks and various meats, but if you are short on time, protein shakes will do too.
