You hit the nail on the head as far as "LAB" results. Called Alere today, had remaining data to inform them of. My concerns did not fall on deaf ears with them, so we ended up on a 3 way call with Roche customer service to address my issues. Roche called into question the data from the Hospital Coag clinic and the use of the competing meter. It needs to be a vein draw and sent to a lab. So I ask how many data points they need and other requirements to satisfy further investigation. Their only answer is that my home test needs to be within 4 hrs of the lab draw. I ask it again, same answer. Request supervisor as I feel we have now fallen outside of their customer service flow chart for problem resolution. Not available currently, but she will call you back in the morning. I ask that notes be entered into the file for the 2 questions I would like answered.
