Was wondering if anyone is taking any supplements and or vitamin packs? Prior to the big event I was taking GNC extreme athlete vitamen pack with an extra creatine. I felt like it made a big difference in my workouts and long runs. Seemed to help with energy and didn't seem to get as tired during the day. Would like to start back on some kind of regiment but unsure of what to try. Protien shakes is all I do now.
 
If you're on warfarin, check for drug interactions before starting something new. My protein bars contain 32% RDA of vitamin K and my warfarin had to be increased when I was eating them.
 
Keep consistent with your vitamins and minerals. I went back to my vitamin assembly as soon as I could and given that its same every day, my warfarin adjusted pretty quickly to it.
