Rx for protime supplies???

This is a new calendar year so I've got to get QAS recertified as being in network even though it's not.
I got my unit in 11/03. It's about time to order new supplies. I assume I'll need a new scrip from my PCP for testing supplies?
Does QAS deal with the PCPs, cardios, etc.?
