prices of home testing monitors

I've looked at the info on the various machines....does anyone know the prices of these?

The pricing varies greatly because insurance should cover them. If you chose to pay for one out of pocket, they were and I think still are, around $1600 to $1800.

Duble that for AUS$!! What are the ongoing costs for each test. As they aren't common in Australia we are going to write to our health insurer and request they cover at least part of the cost. But we aren't sure what else is needed, besides the single use test strips. Is that all?

I'm unsure of the test strip prices. You'd be better off giving QAS a call and talk to them on that.
