1400 UK time one year ago today life changed for the better. In summary it took about 6 months before i felt just about there and am still reminded that i have an ON-X by the ever present ticking.
Looking back i am going to say it was worth it and that i feel better than i ever did. Thanks to all on this forum for advice and support over the year and onwards and upwards.
