Minithoracotomy vs Conventional Sternotomy for Mitral Valve

I have no personal investment/experience with this issue, but I cruise JAMA research & occasionally post a relevant one on this blog in appreciation of the help provided by this community re my sister's twice-done surgery (AVR + aortic root area aneurysms).
