How's everyone doing ??? Cold

I did 12 miles on Sun. and 16 miles on Wed.

I also hit 600 on the bike counter, YEA !

I'm off right now to go to the Palm Springs event
it is cold and very possible rain but I'm still going.

I did 27 miles walking this past week, just one mile shy of my goal of 28 miles a week.

Well I did get in my usual 18 miles. Plus whatever mischief I can get into over the weekend. Although it is supposed to rain, so we shall see

My total so far is 8 miles and planning to walk 6 miles over the weekend.

Hi Deb,
Got my usual 3 x 7 = 21 miles. Average 47 min per 3 miles. Two days on the treadmill due to high winds. I also do a little arm excise while walking or on the treadmill... touch my hands over my head in a series of 70 times for a total of 700 times per 3 miles.

Pretty nice here, in the 60's and no wind. Couple years ago we had this! But it all melted by lunch. Haven't had any snow flakes this year.
