60 years old, active walking/running
target INR = 2-3
have tissue valve
take 81 mg aspirin
warfarin: 3 mg 3x/week, 4.5 mg 4x/week for 27 mg/week total
INR has been in target most of the time in past 4 years, it's been 1.9 a couple times recently. I get tested every 6 weeks when in range. Test is done day after my 3 mg dose so it's probably my lowest point.
