so after being in the waiting room for 10 years, my cardiologist has given the green light to take care of my bi-cuspid aortic valve (stenosis) and ascending aneurysm.. I have not posted in awhile, but I will try to be more faithful in the future! Now I need to pick a surgeon and hospital (although I am pretty sure which one I want to use in the Spokane area). I really appreciated the advice I have gotten over the years from the forum members and hope I can contribute my experiences to those that have questions.

Very similar deal to myself,

The outcome should be very positive, best of luck

So surgery is scheduled for Valentines day on February 14, bright a and early, surgery is at 7:30am and I have to be at the hospital at 4:45am. Also have a ct scan on February 1 to check on the aortic aneurysm.
