any women with mechanical valve and been pregnant ? a

i want to know if any women in here can share her experiment if she has a mechanical valve and been pregnant is it even possible or there is no one who done that as it is too risky ??
I'm on On-x have one child pre the mechanical valve and now feels like i wanna have another and i regret it so much making that choice as I'm afraid i just have to live with just one child
