You will notice the excellent new resource stickied here.

We should all give a big thank you to those who helped me create it. My part in this was to set the ball rolling and when the ball hit some inclines, to give it another push. It was a joint effort. Thanks to Aaronj, Bina, Ctyguy, Mary, Njean and Superbob for their help and support.

Major thanks are due to Tobagotwo (Bob H). Things were really stagnating a couple of weeks ago, so I got Bob H involved. The quality and quantity of his contribution is stunning.

Thanks also to Ross who by sitting back with a, you guys build it I'll use it, attitude was helpful also.

It has been a long involved haul, so if I've forgotten anyone, sorry.
