Once again check up time has come for both my heart and post cancer. Both reports were great...thank God. My heart has gone back to normal size and the pumping action is great. These were things that my cardio had worried about.
Exercise...my meds are keeping my heart rate down. He said to continue as I was...go for it. He okayed the weights too. Was pleased with the 5 pound weight loss and encouraged me to keep going. It is getting a little easier now that I am off all cancer chemicals.
Cancer report was totally clean and good in all areas.
I always worry right before the reports even though I do feel so great.
Now I just have to find time to exercise now that school is back in session.
