So I'm about 12 weeks outta surgery, feeling really good! Hitting around a 9 minute mile right about now, wanting to shave 2 more off that asap. Also back in the gym doing about everything I was used to doing, even the same amount of weight, except for chest exercises.

So I was noticing a few kernel sized hard lumps right under the surface of my skin, along my scar. It felt like it moved a little, and felt kinda crunchy-ish. I mashed on one for a bit and it felt like it popped or broke up, and it hurt at first and freaked me out. Shortly after, I tried doing some pushups and some muscle pain I was feeling in my left pec was gone, almost instantly.

I spoke to one of my friends who has some medical knowledge and she told me it was most likely some built up scar tissue that I broke up, which was a good thing, and that I should gently massage out the hard bumps I feel along my scar.

Anyone else experience this or have any other thoughts? Thanks!
