    I'm heading to my second AVR in a few weeks, and my first AVR went fairly well EXCEPT for the second week post-op. I had rib and back muscle pain that was just unbearable. Killed me every time I took a breath... seems like it lasted a few days-1 week. So bad that I hardly remember it now...
