I noticed the first year the difference in rythem and sound. I really wonder if part of that was due to the fact my breast bone was healing back together and tissue and muscle had to heal over. ?? Hard to say, but I notice it very little now.

The waiting is tough, but you will do fine. In the mean time, try to just enjoy life without worry as much as possible. A year after the surgery you will feel great. Have confidence. It sounds like your in great hands. :)

Hi Jo Jo, My valve, though mechanical leaks a little, and the tech that did my echo said that is normal. I notice it a little when I sleep on my side at night sometimes. I am sorry to hear of your famlies loss at this time. Peace be with you and the entire family.
