Not up , not down...stayed the same...I am rather sick of this sameness but it seems to be quite comfy staying with me...weather is colder, seems we have found winter at last...I dont work well in the mornings or in winter so several Lattes a day (even skim milk ones) are probably not...

I am down 2lbs this morning but considering I am up about 5'ish since last check-in I am still in the red zone...I suppose I should have weighing-in before 2 cups of coffee as well so if I deduct 500gms(1lb) worth of liquid that would make for an even more favourable number on the horrid...

Reporting back.... I did it my way...rather ignored the part about seeking advice from my GP/PCP and just checked the www for more articles...1st one that popped up was from a respected local Doctor of dentistry who had studied the warfarin/dental issues and was quite adamant that it is not...

I dont know but will google afterwards to see what this hyperplasia is anyways...I had an Uterine Ablation done (as an alternative to hysterectomy) some ten years ago now...it was before my OHS but it was the best thing ever...so dont let fear stop you getting this fixed...life is so much better...
