Are there any foods or drinks out there that will naturally raise INR? Alchohol? Fenugreek? Any personal experiences? I’m not worried about raising my INR, but I’m really interested in the topic and was curious if anything actually raises it.

Anyone have experience with this after surgery? When I wake up my heart rate is in the 90s, but I have times where it jumps up 110-128bpm. Normally it’ll go down after awhile, but today it’s persisted for an hour or two. Is this normal? Should I be worried?

I just got off the phone with my surgeon. He thinks that we don’t need to replace my mid ascending aorta at this time. It measured at 4.0x3.8 cm. My thoughts were getting a mechanical valve so I wouldn’t have to get a surgery in the future. But this could mean I’ll have to get one in the future...
