Now I have the odd atrial fibrillation event. I carry a pill in the pocket and I've been told it's not a life threatening issue, more of a nuisance. It feels awful when it happens, but it always goes away in a few hours. I feel lucky!

- I had an aortic valve replacement in Jan of 2009. My husband had the same thing done in 2010. Both of us had biscuspid valves.
