I chose a tissue valve at 56 years old back in 2009. 7 years later at 63 and my cardiologist is still sticking with her belief that it will last the planned 15-20 years. Good to hear additional information that validates that. Thanks for sharing.

Turned 61 this year. Made it to my 5 year anniversary as of Sep 23rd... still doing great. Went with the tissue valve and I'm very happy with my decision.
