Well, Harry, there's just so much other stuff it could more easily be, that I am going to sit here and think of those things instead. I hope you will, too.

Seems like most of the time, doctors will try to cure you of a hangnail, but likely darn near kill you with anticipation and fear in the process.

Be well,

Ain't that the truth!! Couldn't agree with you more!!

Hi Harry. Just want you to know that I'm thinking of you and wishing for the best for you.

Good luck.

Marguerite

Don't be coy dude. I mentioned a specific disease that he can be afflicted with. I would feel negligent not saying something. If you're withholding information and you think my information has no use, maybe you should reevaluate your purpose on a cardiac support forum.

In any case, I hope it's benign Harry and I'm sorry we've destroyed your thread.

LOL ... I have never been coy .... my first purpose to do no harm ... as far reevaluation ... I have reevaluated our communication and found it useless so I will end it here.

Harry ... I also apologize to step on your thread.

Hang on to the fact that he doesn't think it is cancer, Harry. Prayers and best wishes coming your way.

I am trying Phyllis......I am surely trying....

It is hard though when your waiting to find out whether it's yay or nay......I am trying to keep busy and rest when I need to and do things that are enjoyable.......Not to mention the fact that I have had a few words with God to hopefully help my cause. Thanks for your encouraging words Phyllis, I know you must know how I am feeling at the moment. (((((((((((((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))))))))))))))) Harrybaby:D:D

Yes, I do , it is scary, but just know that I am doing fine now. We also have a friend who had kidney cancer two years ago and they removed the kidney- (you only need one) and he didn't need any treatment and is now 100% two years later. He was back in FL two months after the surgery and playing golf.

Harry...I don't have much to offer other than words of support and prayers that whatever is messin with ya is figured out and taken care of.

Try to keep a positive mindset, I know its tough at times and you have been through alot besides this episode. We all know you have the moxy to fight the good fight.

I asked him straight out if this could be cancer and he said yes, not likely, but yes, so I guess there is a glimmer of hope there. I just want to start feeling better....Just want to keep yall posted. Harrybaby

P.S. I won't tell you that I am not scared, because I am, but I am trying to remain as calm as possible.:confused::eek:

Harry, I know that when you are sitting there, across from the Dr., not feeling well and wanting answers, it is hard to focus on the lesser of the evils you are being presented with. When I had my first phone conversation with my surgeon, one of the things he said first was "not far from needing a heart transplant." That was all I could focus on for days. Heart transplant? Are you kidding? It wasn't until later that I started replaying the rest of the conversation, which was to repair or replace the valve, and most importantly, good if not great result part of it. However, I think, based on what you said above here, you should have more than a glimmer of hope. As others have said, I have had some terrible UTI's that have left me with very bloody urine, fevers and back aches.

So, here is hoping on the lesser of the evils that you may face with this. Think positive! I'll be waiting to hear how things turn out and you are on your way to feeling better.

So Harry.. will you win the first division lotto jackpot this weekend?.... not likely!! I sure hope both scenarios are about the same odds (although the lotto win would be nice, wouldn't it? ;) )

I pray that all is well with you. having said that

I have a friend that had a tumor in her kidney and it was cancer. They removed her kidney and she if doing fine. No treatments of any kind. The doctor says it was contained. She feels a lot better and her symptoms were back pain and stomach pains.

Prayers coming your way
Earline

as you already know, Harry, my brother had one kidney removed along w/the cancer that was there. in the other kidney, however, a huge stone gathered so he was never quite out of the woods. We have a long time member whose husband also had a kidney removed and he is doing fine.

I have been praying for you that the cancer question will soon be answered once and for all. You should be hearing from your doctor this week? Please let us know when you know.

Blessins...........

Thank You So Much Hensy......And Everyone...

I went to see Dr. Evans yesterday Hensy, and they are going to do a cystoscopy on Friday, so hopefully I will know more then....this waiting though I have to tell you is not easy.....

I surely do appreciate yours and everyone's prayers and wonderful thoughts as it's helping me immensly to keep me calm during this horrible wait. I wouldn't be so worried, but because I have been diabetic for 15 years now, the doctors have told me also that the kidney's are starting to deteriorate as this is part of the game for being diabetic.

How is your Pneumonia doing? I hope your feelign alot better,

Throwing the Blessins right back at ya, and (((((((((((((((((((((((((((Tons Of Hugs))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Harrybaby:D:D
