100 miles of bike riding

Yea!!! I made it to 100 miles on my bike counter today I'm starting to feel like I can really ride with some confidence now. I started riding my bike at 4 months post-op and after a month I got a counter for my bike so this last month(I'm 6 months post-op now) I've been keeping track and I've rode this 100 miles in 1 month. I ride about 4x's a week and go about 4-7 miles each time. 25 miles a week and WOW I can't believe after just 4 weeks I made it to 100 miles. I LOVE to ride my bike and I'm so happy my heart seems to be allowing me to do this for now. I just got a heart rate moniter from a friend to make sure my heart isn't doing any thing too strange so now I feel alittle more safe.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to my next 100!!
