West Coast QAS Rep?

Does anyone have the name of a QAS rep that would handle the West Coast (specifically California or San Francisco)? I sent off my paperwork some time ago and received a message from someone from QAS saying they were assigned to me but my calls to her go unanswered. Really interested in home testing but so far haven't been able to connect with the right person at QAS to guide me through the process. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
