I found out today that my niece Kasi went into premature labor yester day. In an attempt to save the baby she had a c-sectionbut, since she was just getting into her 6th month the baby's kidneys had not developed enough for him to live and he died.Kasi has not spoken a word since the baby was pronounce d dead. The only thing we can do for her is pray. Kasi is my oldest niece and it just breaks my hear that this happened to herI have a hard enough time convinceing my self that she is married and nearly 21. In my mind she is still 5. Losing a childmakes her all too grown.

I am so very sorry to hear about your niece and the loss of her baby. I will pray for your family.

So sorry to hear about your loss. May God give you and your neice comfort and strength. I will be praying for you.

My sincere sympathy to all of you- there can be no loss greater than a child.

I am so sorry to read this news. My sister is dealing with another high risk pregnancy, so I understand how dreadful this was. You all have my prayers.

I'm so sorry for your niece. She will be in my thoughts.

I am so sorry to hear about your niece and what she is going through. Steve and I lost a set of twins during my 6th month of pregnancy. That was way back in October 1974, but there is not an October or other times that go by that I don't think of them. Please be there to listen to her when she wants to talk. You don't have to say anything...just listen. People have a hard time knowing what to say or do when something like this happens. I had family members say, "don't worry, you'll have another baby" and friends that would just act like nothing happened. Some even avoided seeing me. I understand why they felt like this, but when I was ready to talk, I wanted someone to just listen. My heart goes out to your neice and you. LINDA

Thank You All For Your Thoughts, Prayers, And Love. I Saw My Brother Yesterday And He Said That Kasi Is Still Understandably Depressed But, That She Is At Least Talking Again. Her State Of Mind Began To Improvewhen She Saw Her Mother After The Baby's Funeral At The Grave.she Also Attended Church Services Today Which, Was Something She Had Not Been Able To Do For Monthsbecause Of The Problems With Her Pregnancy.
