It is just under 2 hours to 2007 here in Melbourne, if 2007 it like 2006 for me it will be fine I just do not want a rerun of 2004. That year was when I got to be eligible for the VR fellowship.

One of the most interesting things about VR.com is the time/seasonal differences where all our members live. I find it fascinating that 2007 is already here for our Aussie/NZ friends and that New Year's takes place in Summer. I know this is all normal for you all but it still catches my attention.

I am sure the reverse is true for you (or maybe I am the only one who thinks about it).

In any case - HAPPY NEW YEAR. I did not particularly like 2006 so I am expecting 2007 to be really great.

You are not the only one who thinks about those kinds of things. It has always seemed strange that Christmas, New Years and Easter are in completely different seasons "Down Under." Does Santa wear shorts and come on a surfboard or a dune buggy? Come to think of it all of our significant holidays are in the winter and spring versus summer and fall. Hmmm, does that change your outlook?
