With the Coumadin, just make sure that you know how much vit k is in the vitamin and then do not switch brands once you start as it's likely to require a Coumadin dose adjusting to begin with.
 
I read something somewhere that said vit. K could only be sold by Rx.
I checked all the muti's at my CVS and found no vit. K listed. If this is wrong I would like to know.

Actually we've discussed getting them with vit k. It seems a small, but consistent dose of vit k helps maintain INR stability. It's the talk anyhow.

I will probably go with the Vitamin K, but I was looking for the easy way out. Did I mention that I was lazy?
 
I would stay away from the synthetic vitamins out there and stick with natural whole food vitamins that are better absorbed into the body with good nutrition that can assist your body with healing and provide healthier cells.
