Hi.
I was diagnosed with BAV two months ago and the doctor told me that It is still working well and he asked me to visit after a year but a short time ago I began to notice a visible pulse in the chest while resting. Could the valve be the cause?

When I was diagnosed with a BAV, my doctor told me to come back in 10 years. LOL It was working good. I finally went in for an exam about 13 years later. After that, the visits/tests went to yearly and 3 years later, it needed replacing. Go live your life and go to your yearly visits!
