update on the girl at duke.

The news this morning is not good. As a result of being on the heart/lung machine so long, she now has fluid in the brain. They are going to put a tube in her head to start to drain whats there. There will be more news this afternoon. We all know that the longer one is on the machine more problems seem to crop up. Please everyone continue to pray for her recovery. martha

Checking up on her this morning and it's looking terrible. I can only imagine what her parents are going through and the group the sponsered her to come here for the surgery. It's times like these that I wish I could wave a magic wand and make things right for a fellow human being.
