There are always people joining and worried about what post surgical life is like. Well as well as the importance of good healthy lifestyle we need to have a little fun and good times in our lives.
So here is a post to remind you that as I approach 10 years post (my 3rd) surgery, life is pretty reasonable.
If you are on a mech valve I recommend you self test so that you know yourself and your new buddy.
Remember why we train back after surgery is to keep enjoying being here, which is also to say "to enjoy daily life"
If you're on a mech valve its important to keep your Iron levels good too
Best Wishes and enjoy
