I just got a call from the Cardiologists office and they are filling out the papers for the home testing. Now I need to know where and who I should send them to. I understand that the company takes care of working with BCBS. Help,

My only concern with your insurance is that I see you have BCBS of Illinois, which from the looks of things, has not covered any home testing device. I remember several members in Illinois having no luck getting any help with payment, but we would be glad to attempt.
