Heart patient urged to consume high sodium diet!

Have you ever heard of such a thing? Yep, it's true. That low salt diet does not apply to myself. My blood pressure tends to run low. I feel tired at times .

My cardiologist states I will benefit from a higher sodium diet. At least I don't have to give up everything "bad" for me.

That's really weird. Would love to know why it would benefit you unless you have been using no salt. Salt does raise blood pressure and perhaps you need to do this?
