I saw my Dr and he is giving me the go ahead to adjust my own dose. He feels that it's much harder for people who have to deal with glucose issues than for me and my INR's.
Basically , I will go by what has worked for me in the past year when the INR goes out of range.
I will keep a good record of my dosage and test dates and INR for 2 months.(I test once a week or more if it is off.) Then I see him again,
and he said "Don't let me down."
I feel very impowered now and so much more in charge of my health.
It's good to know there are some cardiologists who
give us credit to help ourselves, huh!!
