1 Year Today

Hi all one year today since my Aortic Valve replacement. Feel fantastic lost more weight due do several issues on the good side still working out weights and cardio on the bad side still having taste/smell issues. Going to doctors today to try to solve that issue.

Ross's dinner suggestions should take care of the taste and smell issues at least temporarily. Hope you do get some answers on that. I have had an odd visual defect since surgery and I developed tinnitus over the last 2 months. So far, no explanation, but they are so minor I can ignore them easily. Hope your issues can be managed.
