Ditto to everyone's wonderful suggetions! I hope the hosptial gives you a "heart" bear! This little guy was a lifesaver....some use heart pillows, but he is a very firm, stuffed teddy bear that is the perfect size and firmness to help you get up, cough, etc.

Hi everyone...I underwent an AVR on April 8th and had a pacemaker put in a few days later. It's been almost 7 weeks and I still feel not normal...chest still hurts quite a bit. Will it just take a little longer to feel normal again? Just wondering because I'm going back to work part-time next...
