Looking for a few post-op training tips... I'm 9-weeks out, and got the green light from my cardiologist to get back to life...I'm fighting to get back into shape - I dropped about 45lbs before the surgery, and 25 following...still got some work to do, but now that I'm mechanical I can't...

Any golfers out there???... I'm 7-weeks post-op...any advice on when I can swing a golf club again?...I live in N'east Ohio, so the season is extremely short...my goal is to play a round (good or bad) before the snow flies...I might be fueling the addiction by playing Tiger Woods on X-box...
