Interesting....l kept a very detailed chart of everything, even down to foods I'd eat if we went out...just incase. Was having INR done by a clinic, in 15yrs l never went any longer than 1mth before l was ordered to have another. I had, had a gutful...so then n basically over night l did my own.

Never a truer statement...learn that you probably know more than the people at the clinics.

You do mellow after 40 but after 60 you just don't give a **** 😂

I would not be without my home tester...I control my testing n adjust as l see fit...my health is in my hands not someone elses 👍

My home tester, about 10 or so years old and is spot on with my hospital, INR is 3-4

All great questions n remarks... I've never believed in depression...Life throws **** at you, get up, wash it off n keep going. Only weeks before surgery l spoke to another lady whom had the same surgery n she mentioned about hitting depression after surgery. I am very outgoing n sometimes...

I was just putting it in layman's terms, it's how my surgeon explained it to me when it first started happening....eg when your levels are low, means your blood is sticking to your valve.

Flutter = slight unusual n quickening heartbeat...it happens when blood is too thick for the valve.
