I am 2 months out and although physically I feel well, mentally I am definitely not there yet. Short term memory is not great and I sometimes have trouble concentrating for periods of time. I do think it is getting better though little by little

I had the same operation 7 weeks ago and play guitar. I was playing as soon as I got home. It was a good way to pass the time. The only thing I couldn't do was carry and amp. Depending on your fitness, you will be playing if you have someone take care of the gear.
