Jeff, I'm pretty new to the forum and I'm in the DC area as well. I was diagnosed with BAV with mild/moderate regurgitation early this year. Carol - Bethesda Naval is a great hospital. I actually have a buddy studying medicine there at USUHS. And yes, it is a blessing to have so many great hospitals in close proximity.
