"Benign murmur" diagnosed when I was a kid. I remember burning in my chest when I would run hard at football practice.. This was said to be "minor asmatha". In 2011 my GP sent me to a Cardiologist who saw the BAV and began watching it. In 2016 it was time to replace it, which I did, with a St. Jude Regent mechanical valve via mini thoracotomy.
