My comp went doooowwwnnnnn....,had a bud over this evening and he reinstalled everything,but lost my pics and all..but Im here and bud works cheap for me..love the pup

I hate when that happens Yaps,lost my last pic's also

well i posted sometime ago my fridge died and so moved all contents to
downstairs fridge..........need say no more!!!!!had to buy a new one today.
Going up and down the stairs wasn't getting meals tended to anyway
with my bad leg and i give up the fight..bought another one...not working
at this time and dh is working his butt off at this point to make up for my
leave from work till Jan till healed up from vrs.........SUCKS!!!!

we thank bud for his help. how awful it is when you turn on the computer and get a big nothing. You just want to scream or kick it.

Was there no way he could get your pix back? I have an external drive that I put mine on so if the computer goes, I have most of my pix in that. It's a device you just plug into your computer and when you save stuff, you save it to that device and it's never actually in the computer itself.

Glad you've still got access to VR so we can keep track of you, young lady!
Sorry about the pictures. I've got an external and I also keep many on an external host server--photobucket. I've had two computers go down this year so I know what you're talking about.

Isn't it TERRIBLE when that happens Yaps! I'm so addicted that i almost go into withdrawal, hehe! It is too bad that you lost your pictures though, since there is no way to get them back unless you have what the other people talked about. Glad your friend got it up and going again though...my friend's husband fixes mine for free, thank goodness.

I'm sorry you lost your pics. I have had that happen too. Now I always save them onto a CD every so often so that if I have a computer oops I only lose a few.
