Just an update four weeks post op- have started Cardiac rehab, and realized how slow I should be exercising at this point (yikes). Am off Lovenox (yeah!) and managed to get in range finally. My live in help is gone, but my driving priviliages have returned, so life is good! I have been able to enjoy the new freedoms of driving to Target BY MYSELF and staying as long as I want! I still cant raise my left arm above my shoulder due to the pacemaker, but I am getting much better about accepting it all. I was a god parent to my brothers first girl after three boys, and I cheated a little and held her - she is likely barely over ten pounds- and it was well worth it! I have decided to stop taking Tylenol, since I think I was getting into the habbit of taking it, and realized that I am really not in pain anymore! It really does get better every day, and the time really has been flying. cant believe it is all over with. This forum has been so great! It has actually gotten to be a little addictingThanks for all the support along the way.
