Sorry....due to custom laws export is impossible:cool: ....but as none of the ingredients have been banned (yet:p ) I will give you the formula.

2 cups 100% Bran Cereal
1/2 cup Raisins
1 heaping tablespoon of any powder fiber supplement
1 cup skim milk

Combine all ingredients (or take separately) and consume twice a day.
As with any purging agent check with physician prior to taking

Ref, REF? Superbob suggests the launch of an immediate investigation into that "powder fiber" substance. Could it be...powdered prunes? :eek: :eek: :eek: :p Has The Chimp got some sort of gastronomical laboratory going that experiments with banned substances? :eek: :eek: :eek: :p

I intend to launch an investigation into this :confused: "powdered fiber supplement"!

Cooker, please send a sample for analysis.(And be careful what you send!);) ;) ;)

I will ask our local laboratory to analyze the "powder" and get back to you, SuperBob, on what is uncovered.:cool:

SuperBob and Karlynn.....investigate and have all of the hearing you want....The Chimp has a team of lawyers and scientist that will keep this buried for years.....or at least until he reaches his weight goal :p :p :p :p :p

Was going to do a full-scale whine but then checked around the site and see so many with bigger problems than me, so-called Superbob. :( So I will just do a little whimpering. :eek: Last night, I was awake half the night not even close to going to sleep, and periodically trying to get sleepy by eating whatever was around the kitchen. Then I realized I hadn't taken my sleeping pill. Duh! (First semi-whine -- that I still have to take sleeping pills to sleep.) Second semi-whine, that I am a nocturnal pig. :( So with knee still gimpy (third semi-whine), Superblob has little hope of burning enough cals to record progress here this week.

Maybe if The Ref confiscates The Chimp's secret purge potion, I can put it to good use. :eek: :p

End of semi-whine. May I have low-fat cheese with this?

Oh, and I forgot to mention in my previous post that I was calling to arrange a deal where Mr. Chimpson had his client, Mr. Cooker, turn over the evidence so I could send it to SB for his inspection!
So now both SB and the Ref have been wronged!
Cooker, I suggest you send SuperBob some cheese to make amends.

SuperBob.....just mix up the recipe and take three times a day and also use for your nocturnal binges....a loss is almost guarantied.....:D
