I posted this on heart talk and no one replied, so I thought I'd try this thread. Anyway, it was one year ago, June 29th, that I had my AVR and bypass and aneurysm repair -- and everything's working fine.

Amazing what a year it's been. My daughter diagnosed with IBD, my surgery, my wife moving out. And yet I'm still here. I feel light...and free and every breath is a gift.

:D

Great milestone and what a year it has been for you. Truly a test of the "what does not kill you makes you stronger" viewpoint.

I hope the years to come are filled with more joy and happiness than you can handle and wishing you that perfect someone to share it with.

Congratulations on your year valversary . . . may there be many more!

Congratulations on your anniversary and may this next year be one filled with all good things to match your new found good health!

CONGRATULATIONS on your anniversary!

Hope you celebrated appropriately ;).
